380V Three-Phase vs. 220V Single-Phase Power for Warewashing
The CE-UWL runs on 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase power as standard, which carries its 27.4 kW load efficiently on a 10 mm² cable. A 220V / 50Hz / 1-phase variant is available for sites that lack three-phase service, common in some Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian kitchens.
Why three-phase is the default
A 27.4 kW machine draws heavy current. Three-phase distributes that load across three conductors, keeping cable size and current per conductor manageable. That is why the standard CE-UWL is 380V / 3-phase.
When you need the single-phase variant
Many small or older sites only have single-phase service. The 220V / 1-phase CE-UWL variant suits those sites; specify it at order time so the machine is wired correctly at the factory.
Other voltages
208V/60Hz (North America), 415V/50Hz and 480V/60Hz configurations are available on request. Always confirm your supply before ordering.
- Standard: 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase, 27.4 kW, 10 mm² cable.
- 220V / 1-phase variant for sites without three-phase.
- Confirm voltage before ordering — it is set at the factory.
