CE-UWL — Door-Type Commercial Pot, Pan & Utensil Washer
The POTWASHER CE-UWL is a door-type commercial pot, pan and utensil washer built for baked-on cookware soils. It runs 20–30 racks per hour, uses 3.6 L of water per rack, and sanitizes with an 85 °C rinse — all in SUS 304 stainless from US$9,999 FOB Shenzhen.
What this machine is
A commercial pot washer is a batch warewashing machine for the heavy, baked-on soils that defeat a plate dishwasher. The CE-UWL is V-TAI’s door-type model: load a rack, close the split door, run one 3–5 minute cycle, and unload clean, thermally-sanitized cookware.
It is positioned as a non-branded alternative to premium imported door-type pot washers, at roughly one-third of their price. The build is not stripped down to hit that price — SUS 304 throughout, an IP55 wash pump and a 15 kW rinse booster come standard.
The CE-UWL ships worldwide from an 8,000 m² ISO/GMP-certified manufacturing base in Longgang, Shenzhen.
