Warranty, Spare Parts & Service Network
The CE-UWL carries a 12-month standard warranty, with extended options available. Most spare parts are dispatched from the Shenzhen factory within 3 working days, and remote diagnostic support is provided over WhatsApp video.
Standard warranty
Twelve months from commissioning against manufacturing defects, covering the major components — pump, heaters and control system — under normal commercial use and routine maintenance.
Extended options
Extended warranty terms are available; discuss coverage and pricing with your sales contact at order time.
Spare parts
Consumables and components — gaskets, jets, filter screens, heating elements — ship from Shenzhen, most within 3 working days of request. For remote sites, we recommend keeping a small on-site kit of consumables.
After-sales support
Remote diagnostics over WhatsApp video, illustrated service documentation, and parts supply from the factory.
