Soil profile & cycle
Baked-on sugar glaze and grease respond to the 68–70 °C alkaline wash; run the longer end of the 3–5 minute cycle for heavy caramelization. No pre-soak needed for routine soils.
Throughput
At up to ~10 standard sheet pans per rack and 20–30 racks/hour, the CE-UWL clears a full bake’s worth of pans in the afternoon catch-up window.
